    Moles President Chris Traylor presented Emmitt Smith with his Honorary Member certificate at the 77th Annual Awards Dinner held on January 24, 2018.
  • 2018 Non-Member Awardee Raymond G. Ames
    Raymond "Butch" Ames was honored by The Moles at its 69th Annual Awards Dinner. Herb Morgan presented Butch with the traditional hand-embossed scroll honoring his Outstanding Achievement in Construction.

The Moles, a fraternal organization of the heavy construction industry, is the most prestigious organization of its kind in the world. Moles members are leaders in their profession who are dedicated to promoting the industry and supporting their colleagues through outreach programs and networking opportunities.
