Moles Annual Awards Dinner (Members and Guests)

Our Annual Black-tie event honors two individuals in the Heavy Construction Industry. Come join us in celebrating the Member and Non-Member Awardees at the New York Hilton Midtown.  The 2018 Member Award Recipient will be Alfred H. Brand, retired Senior Partner at Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers.  Raymond G. Ames, of Ames Construction based in  Burnsville, Minnesota, will receive the 2018 Non-Member Award.  Read the front-page article of Holing Through for more information! November Holing Through .

2018 Principal Speaker:  We are happy to announce that Emmitt Smith, NFL record holder and CEO of ESmith Legacy Holdings, a commercial real estate development firm, will address our guests!

Online ticket purchase/registration is CLOSED.  Limited number of seats available in the balcony.  To purchase, please call the office: (201) 930-1923.

Tickets/name tags were mailed out 1/11 - 1/12 and should arrive shortly if you have not received already.  Holders for the name tags and seating lists will be available on tables located throughout the Promenade.  Late ticket purchases/changes/forgotten tags: you may pick up during the cocktail hour IN the AMERICAS HALL.

Schedule for Evening:  Events located on the 3rd Floor, New York Hilton Midtown

Cocktail hour: Americas Hall, 6:00pm - 7:00pm - Please walk down the 2nd floor Promenade and enter the Americas Hall, where multiple bars are set up to provide (open bar) drinks. Any one needing a name tag who registered by Thurs. 1/18 (will call/late purchase/guest subsitution) will find the kiosks to pick up name tags IN the Americas Hall.  

Dinner: Grand Ballroom followed by Awards Presentation, 7:00pm - 10:00pm - a cash bar is set up in the Promenade outside the ballroom during dinner.  

Post-Awards Reception: Immediately following the Awards presentation, guests are welcomed to join us in the Beekman/Sutton Suites on the 2nd floor, where Awardees Al Brand and Butch Ames will greet guests at a receiving line.

SPOUSE DINNER & SHOW: As of Jan. 20th, there are 5 tickets left! For those interested in attending this event, we will be going to dinner at The Remi Restaurant, located next door to the Hilton at 4:30 p.m., followed by the Broadway show, A Bronx Tale at the Longacre Theatre (curtain call 7:00pm).  The cost of $300/person includes bus transporation to/from the theater.   Tickets may be purchased by check or calling the office to make a credit card payment: (201) 930-1923.  Tickets will be sold through the date of the event, Jan. 24th or until tickets are sold out. 

LIQUOR ORDERS:  Pre-order your wine/liquor for the evening to have it on your dinner table! You may order online by SUNDAY, 1/21 midnightf or full range of wine/liquor.  Orders taken after 1/21 will be from a shorter offering and must be faxed in.  There will also be on-site orders taken from Hilton staff at a kiosk set up in the Promenade.
